I’ve run into this problem before. My Saki Kamishiro collection was one of the first I posted at SLF.01. I’ve never been able to find any information about the model. The Japanese version of the name that Rob (and BobX) used translates to “Shosa Sasaki”, but that too leads to a dead end.

These photographs survive online because KUNI scanned them and they were widely disseminated in the late 90′s.

I found two good galleries here and here. I think this model is stunning (her breasts are near perfection) and the mystery makes it even more intriguing.
