An influencer from Hong Kong I think. Don’t know anything about her, she’s mostly active on Instagram. Kinda fake for my tastes but what can we do about that. She’s also on Facebook and other socials. I also found this Chinese blog that seems to imply she’s artificial (big surprise there, I know).
