Often sarcastically called “Artificial Intelligence” Kurosawa, Ai played the vacant bimbo perfectly. She was the chubby college kid, maid, ticket agent, waitress, nurse….always eager for a romp. She has had a very long career, several retirements, and several personae. Her last incarnation was a leaner, more mature, more dominate figure who appeared in a lot of uncensored material produced outside of Japan.

Ai started working as a stripper at 19 and was soon after doing modeling and AV, landing an exclusive contract with ALICE JAPAN. Her first photobook, “Love Scene” (2001), photographed by Tatsuo Watanabe, is one of my favorite treasures. Ai did three successful photo collections. I think that that work will be remembered more than her hundreds of films done over eleven+ years.

I made this collection in 2004 when she was at the height of her career. Subsequently, the later, more commercial, work is not here. Hopefully, there will eventually be dozens of contributors to this thread.
