The box cover is a “Memorial”, but I didn’t see evidence(videos) that she did a lot of work, but then that may not be necessary for a memorial.

I found the film. “Memorial” refers to nostalgic AV. There’s a little blurb about it at this blog site and you can buy it for ¥3K or $21 here. That site has an alternate name of “Miki”, but that led to a dead end.

I spent some time on this and couldn’t even find the photos you posted. She’s intriguing;that makes it even more frustrating. She must have another name. The photos are obviously from a high end publishing company.

All I can add is that her height is 155 cm and that her weight was 41 kg (presumably when the film was produced).
