I think you’re either way behind the times or very misinformed—breast surgery is extremely popular in China now, although they don’t usually go very big.

The lying down shot indicates that they’re implants, but they’re quite natural looking—I think she had decent tits to start off with, and the implants have been inserted under the muscle to give a natural upper breast slope.

I think both a nose and chin job are likely in this case, but as French points out, that’s hardly unusual in Asia these days. I think the results are tasteful though—definitely a pretty girl—and her body is excellent.
