This is Apple. As a great Australian rock group once sang, “girl’s got rhythm”.
Back in the mid to late 90s, Apple was a dancer on a syndicated dance program here in the States called Soul Train, which featured urban music. It had a few Asian women who gained some measure of celebrity, Cheryl Song being a pioneer in that you didn’t see Asians doing what she was doing, and later Aiko Tanaka (who appeared on our old site here and here) probably being the most accomplished. As for Apple, all I know about her is that’s the name she went by and, as I recall, besides dancing, she was listed as a model on the Soul Train website. Her ethnic background would be a guess. [Maybe Filipina? —the Doc] Searches, unfortunately, come up empty. The music was pretty bad but Apple made it look pretty good.
