We don’t know if it’s a common name, but there are at least two Sabina Ismanovas out there, although the other one we saw is from Kiev. Our siren is from the world’s ninth largest country, Kazakhstan—Almaty to be exact, and where most of our Kazakh nominees hail from. Sabina is a model/actress/brand ambassador/blogger. Huh. I usually dig on Central Asians but I guess I just don’t trust that a lot of what I’m seeing here isn’t Memorex. The lips, in particular, look a bit unnatural to me, as though they’ve been inflamed by a certain toxin. And, without detailed inspection, those could be bolt-ons, as fake as the eyelashes. I’m sure she’d turn my head in a bar but probably wouldn’t survive further inspection. And I suppose that, even if I’m wrong, this isn’t the look I love. I don’t mind sultry/sexy but I like it most when it easily flips to cute, which, alas, doesn’t seem to be in her repertoire.
