Acting awards? Magazine covers? Child’s play. Otsu (born 2002/8/24) says “I’ve dreamed of becoming a labor standards inspector since I was in the third grade of elementary school. I want to become the governor of Kagawa Prefecture.” Now that’s a girl with some ambition. Little did she know that something awaited her far beyond those goals: consideration for the AS Hallowed Halls. Although we must state that while personally we were on the fence, the accomplishments of her body—4’9″ (152cm) tall with measurements of 33-21-33″ (84-55-84 cm)—were the deciding factor.
