Hikari Yuka, while not a doctor, is a 27 year old Korean model who appears to be living in Japan. Seemingly fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English, she makes her own photo sets which she sells through Gumroad.com. She keeps a list of them handily prepared for anyone who may want to partake, and also advertises her OnlyFans, where I suspect she does stuff which would not be socially acceptable back home in Korea.
