I first spotted Milamar over 20 years ago on the cover of a muscle magazine.
In fact, the second photo may be the very one I saw. It’s certainly from the same shoot as I remember the bikini.
Milamar (born 1966/11/13) is an accomplished Filipina American fitness athlete, model, gym owner and personal trainer. She and her former husband were the first husband and wife couple to compete in the Olympia shows the same year.
Milamar probably won’t appeal to some of the brethren, but for me, well, you never forget your first muscle girl.

For those who think she’s too muscular, remember that competition photos aren’t what she would look like most of the time and please see the photo in the one piece black bathing suit.
Wonder what she looks like now? I would love to see that.

Some of the photos she does keep a feminine look while being muscular, but most she suffers from the manlook.

well more like motivate me then…I’m not really too into the S&M thing unless maybe it’s a headlock between her thighs
