Maiko made a brief appearance back in 2008, courtesy of RandyO.

Generally, back in those days, a few photos were provided then you had to follow links to see more if you so desired. These days we try to give you substantially more photos. Personally, if a girl doesn’t do much for me I get by on the photos that are in the post and don’t follow links.

Maiko (You can also see her in the forum with photos provided by Siewaun) is listed by my old friend, bobx, as an AV Idol, but as I don’t see a database I think that assertion might be in doubt. She certainly was a gravure Idol (as Yuki Tsubasa, Youki Tsubasa, Yuuki Tsubasa), nude model and perhaps did some softcore stuff and was a tarento (someone who is famous for being famous). She has a quite pretty face and, although quite tiny, she had a body that was Bing! Bang! Bam! And those breasts—and nipples—fit right in with my aesthetic.
