Emilie Payet

I couldn’t find a definitive answer to Emilie’s ethnic background, but she’s so exquisite I hope you’ll forgive me this indulgence.

Born on the island of Reunion and raised in Tahiti until 19, Emilie had her sights set on something more cosmopolitan, and Paris was the lucky recipient. Modeling since the age of 15, her childhood dream was to be a dancer. After her arrival in Paris she was a student at a top school for make–up artists and worked in a café to pay the rent. Struggling, she found herself auditioning and being chosen for Crazy Horse de Paris, a cabaret with stage shows performed by nude dancers. Now devoting her time to modeling, Emilie is also working with comedy and acting coaches.

Now, about that background. When I first saw her, I guessed Indian (and I still do), but nowhere I looked did I find a mention of her ethnic background. As beautiful as she is, until that can be determined, Emilie can only be awarded ‘honorary’ status in the Hallowed Halls.
