Miss Finland (Miss Suomi) 2016 of the Miss Universe Pageant. Shirly Karvinen is Finland’s very first and only Eurasian (Chinese/Finnish) to be crowned and represent the country. Despite being born in her father’s country, Shirley did spend much of her youth in Africa (Tanzania and Kenya), before moving back to rural Finland at the age of seven.

A worthy entrant into our Hallowed Halls I’m sure you’ll agree. Thanks for the tip Becker!
