The former idol who was supposed to do an one-shot AV film and then became a full-fledged porn star, boasting a lot of money, fans and fame.

What I’m asking is: what’s so good about her that makes her so popular? She’s not the first idol singer to turn into an AV performer, she’s good-looking but not amazingly so, she does a lot of stuff but nothing too out of the ordinary.
Others have said that her success is an anomaly, and indeed she doesn’t seem to me so different from the hundreds of cute and sexy girls that every year try to become a gravure idol or sexy model or JAV star.

I want to understand the secret to her success! Or maybe I just don’t understand how these things work in general.
