This is petite actress Kimiko Nakayama.
There’s just about zip to be had on Kimiko, other than a birth year of 1958. She was an actress with a few movie credits in the early ’80s. Probably her best known movie (that nobody remembers) was Mado kara Roma ga mieru, aka Roma dalla finestra, aka Rome from a Window which is, as I understand it, a not very highly rated Italian movie starring mainly Italian actors with a Japanese director and Miss Kimiko. The movie’s trailer is pretty good.
