Penny Phang is an entrepreneur, wellness and fitness coach, trainer, speaker, writer, model and actress. Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Penny moved to Vancouver, Canada around her high school years and attended the University of British Columbia. She later went on to graduate from Kwantlen University College in British Columbia with a degree in graphic design and communications, and has been busy ever since. I love women who are all about fitness. Not for myself but for themselves.
