Kino MacGregor is a yoga instructor, Ashtanga to be precise and was suggested by Noddle.
Like Doc, I questioned whether she had any Asian in her when I first saw her, and I haven’t found an exact breakdown but I’ll go with Noddle’s Japanese/Scottish mix, although I think it might be less than 50/50. What I can confirm is her talent in her chosen field: not only is Kino extremely flexible, she has published several books and videos, and is also a life coach and Ph.D. student in holistic health. She opened the Miami Life Centre and takes classes there daily, so if you too wonder what your arse looks like why not join up?

Did anyone else have, um, thoughts while looking at these pics/vids? I had to disagree with her in the second vid when she said “you don’t want your pelvis to pop up.” I was thinking “pop it up!, pop it up!”

I found one of the videos linked at the end of one of Kino’s videos to be much more interesting. The subject of the video (yoga) is certainly Asian, and the star also appears to be more Asian (with southern, central, or western Asian heritage) than Kino does (and better looking, in my opinion):

I can see some Japanese in the 8th picture (and that’s more due to the angle of her face than anything else), but not in the other pictures. The videos do show it a bit better, yes.
As far as the yoga practitioner in the yoga video (which is geared toward beginners, thus less advanced yoga than Kino’s), she appears Middle Eastern, or possibly light-skinned South Asian/Indian to me. Possibly Greek on the outside, but more Middle Eastern in appearance.
