Looking from the outside, I get the impression that many Americans are impossibly upbeat overachievers, and Cassey is a good example. The creator of Blogilates, she is a fitness model who teaches Pilates online. She has also created a range of related products when the ones available didn’t meet her needs. There seems to be no stopping her, so if you need some motivation to get off the couch, follow her blog and you too can develop iron buns.

all joking aside, i knew when i saw the name that i wasn’t going to like her. turns out i was right (about myself, which is somewhat irrelevant).

I like her a lot!
She is a businesswoman: Was interviewed by Forbes magazine (!) and has a partnership with YouTube, a clothing/gear line, and a blog about living eating healthy. In other words- she has a brain and sounds like a well-adjusted person. She quit her job (after college) and flew to China to start production of her workout gear. She gets things done. She has also been to Vietnam twice- so she gets points from me right there.
She is beautiful: I like the way she looks, I like that she exercises and I like that hair. She is a happy person and markets herself well- not as some pop tart of the month. Her looks may not be for all, but she is natural. You can’t comment on her giant half-melon breast implants and Madonna song lyric tattoo because she doesn’t have that junk.
She is long-term: Even her parents help her in fitness business by taking and shipping orders. She is consistent in her blogs and in her updates, and her videos show that she is “real” and improving. This is her full-time job….she actually makes a living out of doing this.
She is NOT a selfie-queen. This is an Asian Siren.

I find myself completely agreeing with Frenchy, also my wife loves her “poppilates”.

Some people just can not be pleased. Makes you wonder if they look as perfect as they believe these girls should look.
Great body, not over toned like some fitness models. May be she could use more toning but still looks great.

I think you’re probably right. When comparing her to many of these women who are so beautiful they make you get up and empty the drool bucket she’s a few rungs down the ladder but the truth of the matter is if she lived next door more than a few of us would be on it like white on jasmine rice.
