Found this magazine (OW/Oriental Women) on the shelves yesterday. Did not look into it, because I was in a hurry, so I took a quick photo. Could not find any info on the web. Does anybody know if this magazine has been around for long? And why can't I find a website?

Gwendoline Yeo

Gwendoline Yeo, better known as Xiao Mei in "Desperate Housewives", was born and raised in Singapore and immigrated to San Francisco, California. She graduated from the SF Conservatory of Music in Piano and picked up the nerdiest instrument of all - the Chinese Zither. She was introduced to La La Land after winning the Miss Chinatown USA pageant in 1998.

Would be great if someone can find some larger scans of this Asian beauty!

Yukawa Chan Piano Duo

Cassie Yukawa and Rosey Chan are two dazzling young piano virtuosi with an eye for the theatrical. Former rivals on the junior competition circuit, the pair first began collaborating in November 2003, shortly after leaving the Royal College of Music where they had both studied with Yonty Solomon. Since then they have burst onto the UK classical music scene with performances at such prestigious venues as London’s South Bank Centre, Wigmore and Steinway Halls. Their repertoire extends from Mozart and Rachmaninov through to John Cage and collaborations with contemporary composers such as Kenneth Hesketh.
