If I'm not mistaken she was known as Fairy Fatima as a Canadian video-game hostess on Video & Arcade Top 10. The reason I say this is because she applied to become the next special anniversary Playboy Playmate when they were hovering around 35 or 40 I think. She was wearing a black negligee. Damn, I still wish I had that copy so I can prove it but it's hard to forget a body....I mean face like hers!
