    I believe this is Filipina model and singer, Charlene Pega, also goes by Chacha Pega. Not 100% sure though.

    Thank you! That appears to be her. She’s hard to find even with her name.

    Here’s hoping some top notch professional photographer hires her. She has potential. She has a large following. Perhaps more professional management. Maybe you should start a thread for her in here and see what develops. I have a few more of her in my collection but haven’t paid her much attention.
