Seoul.Music pointed us towards Zhao Xin through his post in the forum Red Carpet Must See.
We really don’t know much about Zhao. It appears she’s been in some pageants such as Miss World Tourism and Miss Eco Tourism. We believe she’s a model with a few acting credits. From her photos it looks like she’s leaning into being one of our more mature sirens, and it looks like she may have had a little ‘help’ along the way. The main reason she’s featured today is the dress. It was on display at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival and it displeased more than a few folks back home. It pleased us though, which is far more important.
