    I understand that 18 is legal, but I’m never comfortable with these teenage models. It would be nice if they were at least old enough to have a fully developed pre-frontal cortex before we featured them here.

    P-FC continue to change into the late 40′s. A Cscan performed in AS’s testing laboratory shows Titania’s brain had passed many of our required markers before HH consideration. :idea: :idea:
