Sandra is a Filipina/French siren with Miss Universe Philippines 2020 in her sights.
She’s participated in other pageants and has placed pretty high, but it was her honest answer in the Binibining Pilipinas 2018 question round that brought her to the crowd’s attention. When asked her opinion on the build, build, build infrastructure program of the government, Sandra surprised the audience when she said: “Actually you know what, I studied so much for this Q&A, but sadly that’s something that I don’t know really much about. But at least I’m here trying to answer a good question. Thank you.” The crowd loved it. I don’t know about you chaps, but a girl like that can certainly come home with me.
