Born in the Philippines but living in the US since she was 10 months old, Elita obtained her Meteorology bona fides at Cal State Fullerton and Mississippi State. She’s worked on the East Coast, she’s worked on the West Coast and now she’s on the 3rd Coast and we’re glad she is. Elita is a fitness buff favoring cross-fitness activities as well as kickboxing, and was a basketball player throughout her high school years. That must have been a site to behold. Elita was voted FHM’s hottest weather girl back in 2006 and modeled some lingerie in the mag. Talk about a heat wave! She’s still looking good at 40.

When I was in the U.S. Air Force, we went to the Philippines in September for an exercise. It rained EVERY afternoon, so after several days of this, when the meteorologist gave his pre-flight weather briefing, he just opened the side door of the briefing room and said “Looks like rain” as it was pouring down.
