The quite lovely Saori had a film career that resulted in 6 credits from ’94 to ’97 according to IMDB.

Saori Taira was a model and actress probably best known for appearing in Weather Woman (and its sequel) with Kei Mizutani. Saori insured her breasts for $1 million when that sort of thing wasn’t common. I’ll leave it to the readers on value vs. economics on that one, but in any case I’d like to have been her claims adjuster.

    Otenki onesan (1995) a.k.a. “A Weatherwoman” is totally goofy. Saori is actually a good deadpan comic.
