Empress Mimi

Empress Mimi is the current emperor of China. The founding ruler of the Mimi dynasty she cunningly manipulated and then brutally crushed her rivals during the seven kingdoms period. She leads China from the forbidden palace, adopting the ruling style of ‘silk glove contains iron fist within bright dove’ first promulgated by the philosopher warrior Liu Zhenzhu in the 2nd century BC.

She’s not really the emperor of China of course – China is now ruled by a complex patriarchal oligarchy, duh, of course. But it does tell you a lot about her personality that she describes herself as ‘Empress’. Worrying things mostly.

Mimi, or Wang Weiting or Wang Rouwei (王玮婷/王若葳), it’s not entirely clear, is from Taiwan and was a small time model until the obligatory nude scandal erupted. She seems to be some sort of personality on a bulletin board service and then got into some sort of dispute with the board members.

I don’t know: I can barely understand things in China proper much less on the Chinese internet. But I do know that nudes are nudes. Most of the photos are here in a rather irritating format, but to get the rest you will need to deploy your google-fu. Although not if you are in China, in which case deploy your Sogou-fu.
