The Asian doesn’t jump out at you but Lyen enters the Hallowed Halls by the grace of her father, who is Chinese/Afro Cuban. Her fitness career began in 2005 and Lyen has won numerous titles in fitness and figure competitions along the way. Lyen works as a personal trainer out of Miami, Florida and still competes in Figure competitions. Abs for the Doctor.

    I always feel a bit mixed about the ultra fit girls, she looks pretty in some photos and pretty scary in others. Either way it’s a fantastic effort to be in such great shape at 40.
