Nammi Le

Nammi Le is a beautiful actress who was recommended by AllThingsGood, who saw her in the film Careless Love.

Nammi plays Linh, a Uni student who turns to work as an escort. She won a best actress award at St Tropez for the role amongst widespread critical acclaim. As far as I can tell it was only her 2nd major role—I haven’t seen the film yet but would love to.

Nammi‘s parents fled Vietnam as refugees during the war, when she was just 3 months old. They eventually made it to Australia where Nammi developed an interest in painting, and she’s pretty good at that too. Hopefully there is more of Nammi on our screens in the future.

    This woman is so cute! And I will check in a minute, but I am pretty sure she speaks with an Aussie accent? That is HUGE in my book. 10 extra points right there.

    I am happy when I see more Asians in “western” films. Especially hot as heck, natural, perfect philtrum and lips ones. Heck, she married the director of that film.

    Everyone invaded Vietnam. The French, the Japanese, USA, China, Portugal, the Dutch, etc….I mean, how could you not?

    And that’s the thing about “The War” when you talk about the Vietnamese….which war? If she was born in 1978, that would be just about the Vietnam-Cambodia war, and just months before China invaded Vietnam (with the Vietnamese beating them too).

    And those lips….those are the lips women in California pay $2,000 a year to get, and they never look right on them.

    It is quite true Vietnam has had many uninvited guest. To China and Japan it it was about empire building, to the dutch it was about profit The USA it was red scare. The French realized the greatness of Vietnam and Vietnam became a little bit French.

    johnsmith had it wrong about the French and USA in Vietnam. It was empire building in their invasions, too. For USA in 1945, it was initially about escorting out the Japanese, but it quickly became militarily aiding the French in re-invading. The Red scare stuff played a role, but that was more than a decade later.

    As far as Nammi Le is concerned, she is really something. I have seen and met a few women who could compare, but not many, and I was amazed by all of them. Born in 1978? Wow.

    I only have a general knowledge of east asia history. I have a very special appreciation for both French and Vietnamese women. I do know that Ikes Sec of state JF Dulles had the domino theory which directed much of the US foreign policy.
