As per Kotono herself, she's extremely cute and has a gorgeous smile with surprisingly nice teeth (unless those have been photoshopped... lol).

A study in the journal Nature reported about 15 years ago that the most attractive face was actually a composite face put together by a computer. Kotono seems to fit that mold. Her look is unremarkable (or above average), yet she is attractive. I've often wondered what many of the more "exotic"-looking models that appear on these pages look like first thing in the morning.
The gallery site reported her bust at "37." She either has huge lats or the tape measure needs recalibrating (she's listed at 95 cm, which calculates to 38 in.)

I remember from long ago when a Miss Universe contestant was introduced as 5'12" instead of 6.' Perhaps she didn't want the perception of being a 6-footer and being "too tall."
In Kotono's case, maybe she wants the opposite where she wants to be known as short by avoiding the 5-foot height listing.
I'm guessing it is part of the cm to inches conversion. Most likely these women are 4'11.7 or something along those lines, and they get rounded up to 12 inches despite not actually being 5 feet all.

@Doc Thanks for pointing out the nose! My initial thought when looking at her face is 'cute', but something really bothered me and I could not put my finger on it. Now I'm guessing her original nose must have matched the cuteness of her other facial features.
