Nice post! I remember when I first saw this girl a few years ago I was really into her. Then it seemed like she just disappeared. But a quick search shows she's still active, she just had a new movie come out a few weeks ago. I'll have to check her out again. I guess she does more niche stuff now, so that may be why she dipped off my radar.
She also goes by just "Asami" alot, and has also gone by Asami Sugiura for non-porn movies.

Anyway, I don't see how this girl is "thick" or "doughy" in the least. She may not be toned, but that's par for the course with Japanese girls. And frankly, I prefer it that way.
That said, Asami-chan is absolutely gorgeous. Super cute, and I would love to see her smile more as she looks like she has an excellent set of teeth (which can be rare). This girl is definitely a 10 in my books!

I can understand placeboy's "J-Girl fatigue", as they do tend to look the same (like import models I guess). But IMHO, this girl (like Midori) is definitely cute and pretty enough to stand out from the crowd.
