FHM Model Disqualified from Miss Philippines Pageant
Filipina-German model Sandra Seifert, a crowd favorite among the Miss Philippines 2009 candidates, has been disqualified from the pageant. Organizers found out that Miss Seifert had posed for FHM in October 2007.
Here are Sandra's pictures from FHM. What do you think? Are these racy enough to disqualify a girl from representing her country at beauty pageants?

Another case of pageant politics..... what she wore here is not even as skimpy as the bikinis they are wearing on the BB Pilipinas Pageant.... damn, hehehe. Pathetic assholes. She should file a protest.

Maybe it wasn't the nature of the photos that appeared in FHM, but rather the fact that she had done prior professional modeling, that got her disqualified
To hell with the pageant...FHM PAYS. That being said-she's(?) not hot.
Then again-considering the winners- she could've won that sucker.

Definately has the transvestite look. That should disqualify her.
The photos aren't at all racy, however, I personally think it's a culture issue. Many Asian (as well as Middle East) countries still have an "old fashion" attitude towards how much skin to expose in film, on magazines, in public, etc... the law is especially strict when it comes to women.
Its pretty well known that beauty queens in the Philippines are used as trophy mistresses by politicians and tycoons, so why the fuss? Anyway the dancers on Wowowee! on afternoon TV wear about the same. So stupid.
there was a similar thing in Australia with our Miss Universe contestant from a couple of years ago Erin Mcnaught, she wasn't kicked out but it apparently ruined her chances

Actually, she apparently did become Miss Australia, but didn't take out Miss Universe. Her topless modelling proabably did make it impossible for her to take out the title, bit it's hard to say how far she would have gone without this controversy.
Still, at least we Aussies weren't put off by it. ;-)
Hmmm....If she was disqualified for these pics, that's pretty weak. The pics aren't really racy at all. She's in a full bikini with poses not too different from lingerie catalogues.

I agree "geckosiam", Wowowee dancers are way more provocatively dressed!....& I miss it! :) Willie certainly knows how to pick 'em!

Looks like Sandra was able to recover from this setback. She just won the title of Miss Philippines-Earth.
